Name and dimensions
Name the design and define its dimensions and corners.
When enabled: a 20 mm cut at 45° on all four corners.
Top boards
Define the boards forming the pallet deck.
Board widths in mm. Numbered from the start of the width; for stringer pallets, from the start of the length.
Structure
Choose blocks or stringers, their dimensions and setback.
Dimensions in mm. Numbered by crossboard, from the start of the length then the width. Additional blocks come last.
All bottom boards are at the same level.
Standard bottom boards with open spaces between them.
At each end of the length and width, independent of the bottom boards.
Blocks align with crossboards and bottom boards. Additional blocks may be placed elsewhere.
Crossboards
Configure crossboards and block distribution.
Between supports and top boards, across the pallet width. Set quantity to 0 for no crossboards.
Numbered from the start of the length. Select those with blocks and their quantity. 0 means no blocks. Press Enter or Update pallet.
Bottom boards
Configure base boards. Reducing their quantity adjusts the standard block distribution.
At each end of the length and width. 0 cm leaves boards flush.
Export drawing
Choose the drawing to export and fill in the details to display.
Exports in landscape A4. 3D uses your selected view.

Optional. Saved with this pallet. When accounts are active, they can be completed from your profile.
PNG, JPG or WebP. Saved with the design and included in all exports.
Create a pallet presentation video with assembly and a parts list.
Available when user accounts are active. In the meantime, save the design as a file.

Wood and nail estimate. Excludes labour, treatment and transport. Costs are saved with the design. Check the box to display them in PDF, PNG and SVG.
